液體融雪劑撒布的重要方法是通過(guò)灑水車(chē)或液體撒布機(jī)進(jìn)行噴灑，但實(shí)際使用過(guò)程中碰到了諸多問(wèn)題。

1.噴灑劑量無(wú)法準(zhǔn)確控制。

2.由于路況復(fù)雜，車(chē)輛需要走走停停，司機(jī)需要頻繁開(kāi)關(guān)噴灑，影響行車(chē)安全。

To solve these difficult problems, our company and Douglas of the United States jointly developed a new intelligent liquid distribution equipment - liquid distributor. The specific solutions are as follows.
1.采用RoadMaster控制器+PWM閥，通過(guò)脈寬調(diào)制控制液壓馬達(dá)轉(zhuǎn)速達(dá)到準(zhǔn)確控制噴灑劑量的目的。
1. Roadmaster controller + PWM valve is adopted to control the speed of hydraulic motor through pulse width modulation to accurately control the spraying dose.
2.采用GPS模塊輸出車(chē)速信號(hào)控制PWM閥的啟停。
2. Use GPS module to output vehicle speed signal to control the start and stop of PWM valve.
3.加裝一套內(nèi)循環(huán)管路，將底層液體抽出從頂部注入進(jìn)行循環(huán)。

4.采用GPS模塊輸出車(chē)速信號(hào)通過(guò)RoadMaster控制器實(shí)時(shí)控制PWM閥開(kāi)度實(shí)現(xiàn)定量噴灑。
