天氣清冷之前，機(jī)械該如何進(jìn)行保養(yǎng)呢？

一、清洗外表
1、 Clean the exterior
冷再生機(jī)在施工過程中會(huì)有大量的灰塵落到再生機(jī)的表面，包括施工中沾污的油跡等污染物，影響外觀事小，更為嚴(yán)重的是成為腐蝕的誘發(fā)因素。

1.清洗工程機(jī)械的柴油機(jī)、底盤、工作裝置的外表,除垢、除油保持再生機(jī)的外觀整潔。

二、 保養(yǎng)轉(zhuǎn)子及其罩殼和滑靴

1.檢查轉(zhuǎn)子是否有水泥結(jié)垢等，及時(shí)清理灰塵，對(duì)需要割除、焊接的刀具及時(shí)更換；

三、減速機(jī)齒輪油的更換方式

準(zhǔn)備事項(xiàng)：
Preparation:
1、場地:要求無塵硬化路面，面積應(yīng)在200平方米左右，盡量是庫房，但要有足夠25噸的吊車的工作高度和半徑。

2、設(shè)施：25噸吊車一臺(tái)（20噸也可以）。

3. Accessories: imported Mobil gear oil 9L, 10 rolls of toilet paper, 20 plastic belts, 2 waste oil drums, a 262 / 340 fastening glue, 587 sealant, a bag of butter, 20 meters of string, 30 sets of 12 * 45 female bolts and 10 4 * 30 split pins.
4、工具：10、16、18、19、21、22、24、30套筒和扳手至少一套、快速扳手及長、短接桿各一、加力桿一根、30的輪胎扳手、10毫米的內(nèi)六角扳手、55的活口扳手兩把、小號(hào)活口扳手一把、小號(hào)的老虎鉗一把、手鉗一把、一字螺絲刀一把、大小錘頭各一、撬棍兩根，配備氣動(dòng)扳手和氣泵，能提高工作效率。
4. ?。p速機(jī)油位及減速機(jī)油的檢查：先切斷電源，等待減速機(jī)冷卻后打開放油螺塞，檢查油是否充滿，避免漏油， 取油樣，檢查油色澤及粘度指數(shù)，如果油明顯渾濁，建議盡快更換。新減速機(jī)使用后（500-1000）小時(shí)更換新油（將內(nèi)部污油沖干凈），其后每使用1500小時(shí)需要更換油一次，但是在使用過程中，仍需要檢查油的質(zhì)量，若油有老化、變質(zhì)情況要隨時(shí)更換。）
