粉料水泥撒布車打料注意事項？

粉料撒布車租賃不同型號的車輛容積是不一樣的，因此打料的時候要特別注意車輛的容積，以免過于打料造成車廂撐鼓變形，甚至于開裂。

水泥撒布車出租在施工過程中，有師傅可能會問，為什么我的車還沒裝到相對應的噸數(shù)車廂會變形呢？其實這個道理很簡單，這個和施工所用的物料比重有很大的關(guān)系。在一定的容積內(nèi)，物料比重大了，裝載的物料噸位就多，物料比重小了裝載的物料噸位就少。那么如何更好的去注意呢？以下幾個小常識大家可以借鑒一下。

（1）、打料時注意好罐車的打料管方向，盡量保持罐車打料管和撒布車打料口在同一位置，避免彎折。

（2）、撒布操作系統(tǒng)頁面有材料密度設定，可根據(jù)材料密度（出廠設定為110×10kg/m?）設定去改變稱重報警提醒，材料密度設定數(shù)值越大，說明物料比重越大，稱重報警數(shù)值會越大；材料密度設定數(shù)值越小，說明物料比重越輕，稱重報警數(shù)值會越小。

（3）、同樣的罐車不同的物料也有裝的多與少的情況，有些罐車師傅也會知道材料密度是多少。比如，同樣的運輸罐車平時裝料35噸就滿了，當天裝了30噸，這種情況就說明該物料比重偏輕，打料施工的時候就必須得特別留意。

（4）、水泥的比重多受原材料比重影響較大；白灰的比重多受干濕度、摻雜的石粉、顆粒料的含量影響較大，白灰施工的時候要特別留意車輛的打料量。
