若施工作業(yè)完成后，瀝青罐內(nèi)仍有少量剩余瀝青，可利用排放口予以排放。

若瀝青剩余較多，則可使用強(qiáng)排功能：在強(qiáng)排口連接軟管，打開(kāi)閥門①及強(qiáng)排閥⑦，然后啟動(dòng)瀝青泵。

將后排管折疊，插入插銷固定；

Fold the rear pipe and insert the bolt to fix it;

在后控制臺(tái)操作提升氣缸將后排管提升至上限位置，并利用掛鉤將其固定。

Operate the lifting cylinder in the rear console to lift the rear pipe to the upper limit position, and fix it with the hook.

對(duì)瀝青軟管進(jìn)行檢查、復(fù)位、防止扭曲；

檢查沖洗系統(tǒng)各球閥，并予以關(guān)閉；

Check and close all ball valves of flushing system;

檢查減速器是否脫檔，拔叉復(fù)位。

撒布車在使用過(guò)程中，應(yīng)按時(shí)進(jìn)行技術(shù)保養(yǎng)，以保證機(jī)械正常運(yùn)行，延長(zhǎng)機(jī)械的使用壽命。撒布車除底盤部分按《汽車使用說(shuō)明書》嚴(yán)格進(jìn)行各級(jí)技術(shù)保養(yǎng)外，還應(yīng)做好下列工作：

檢查液壓油箱油面是否正常。不夠應(yīng)當(dāng)及時(shí)補(bǔ)充。

檢查瀝青泵的工作是否正常。

Check whether the asphalt pump works normally.

檢查各閥門和管路連接處是否正常，如有損壞，應(yīng)更換和維修。

檢查進(jìn)油濾清器是否被瀝青和雜質(zhì)堵塞。
