冷再生基層施工要注意什么？

材料要求：水泥選用強(qiáng)度等級為32.5、初凝時間≥3h、終凝時間≤10h且≥6h硅酸鹽或普通硅酸鹽水泥。水泥應(yīng)具有良好的工作性、低水化、高后期強(qiáng)度、耐久性、耐腐蝕性和抗裂性能。
Material requirements: Portland or ordinary portland cement with strength grade of 32.5, initial setting time ≥ 3h, final setting time ≤ 10h and ≥ 6h shall be selected. The cement shall have good workability, low hydration, high late strength, durability, corrosion resistance and crack resistance.
機(jī)械要求：工程施工過程通過再生機(jī)組來完成，再生機(jī)組包括：冷再生主機(jī)、水泥稀漿車、平地機(jī)、壓路機(jī)等。
Mechanical requirements: the construction process of the project is completed by regeneration unit, which includes cold regeneration host, cement slurry truck, grader, roller, etc.
人員要求：工程技術(shù)人員及機(jī)械操作人員應(yīng)經(jīng)過冷再生培訓(xùn)并經(jīng)過考核合格后方可上崗。
Personnel requirements: engineering technicians and mechanical operators shall receive cold regeneration training and pass the examination before taking up their posts.
工程協(xié)調(diào)：作好施工總體計劃，采取不中斷交通半幅施工，作好施工期間交通疏導(dǎo)工作，準(zhǔn)備施工作業(yè)面的遮擋。
Project coordination: make the overall construction plan, take half width construction without interrupting traffic, do a good job in traffic dredging during construction, and prepare for the shelter of the construction surface.
對原路面的路況進(jìn)行測量和調(diào)查，對高于原路面標(biāo)高5cm以上的地方用銑刨機(jī)進(jìn)行銑刨，并將銑刨后的舊路材料填于低于原路面標(biāo)高5cm以上的坑槽。
Measure and investigate the road conditions of the original pavement, use a milling machine to mill the places 5cm above the original pavement elevation, and fill the milled old road materials in the pits 5cm above the original pavement elevation.
對原路進(jìn)行加密挖驗(yàn)，將原瀝青路面用再生機(jī)取樣進(jìn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)擊實(shí)試驗(yàn)，確定佳含水量、大干密度。
The original road shall be intensively excavated and inspected, and the original asphalt pavement shall be sampled with a recycling machine for standard compaction test to determine the good water content and large dry density.
施工過程中根據(jù)再生料含水量情況及時調(diào)整再生機(jī)設(shè)定的用水量，密切注意天氣變化，避免在雨天進(jìn)行再生施工。
During construction, the water consumption set by the regenerator shall be adjusted in time according to the water content of recycled materials, and pay close attention to weather changes to avoid regeneration construction in rainy days.
試驗(yàn)段施工
Construction of test section
工程正式開工前，選取300m的道路作為試驗(yàn)路段，以確定現(xiàn)有道路的情況是否與設(shè)計要求相吻合，并在冷再生的級配、轉(zhuǎn)子的轉(zhuǎn)速及再生機(jī)械行走速度、壓實(shí)工藝幾個方面開展工作，為其余路段正式施工積累必要的數(shù)據(jù)。
Before the formal commencement of the project, 300m road is selected as the test section to determine whether the condition of the existing road is consistent with the design requirements, and work is carried out in the aspects of cold regeneration gradation, rotor speed, walking speed of regeneration machinery and compaction process, so as to accumulate necessary data for the formal construction of other sections.
碾壓
Rolling
當(dāng)平地機(jī)對再生層找平后，采用22T振動壓路機(jī)(前進(jìn)時靜壓，返回時振動)碾壓1遍，之后用自重26T振動壓路機(jī)進(jìn)行碾壓2～3遍，后用膠輪壓路機(jī)終壓1遍。碾壓過程中按規(guī)范要求嚴(yán)格控制平整度。
After leveling the regeneration layer with grader, use 22T vibratory roller (static pressure when moving forward and vibration when returning) for rolling once, then use self weight 26t vibratory roller for rolling for 2 ~ 3 times, and then use rubber tyred roller for final rolling once. During rolling, the flatness shall be strictly controlled according to the specification requirements.
碾壓檢測合格后及時采用塑料薄膜覆蓋養(yǎng)生，養(yǎng)生期內(nèi)中斷所有交通。因五一路比較繁忙，養(yǎng)生期為7d.養(yǎng)生期間冷再生基層表面始終保持濕潤，每天專人看管，確保再生層不因養(yǎng)生不當(dāng)產(chǎn)生損壞。
After the rolling inspection is qualified, the plastic film shall be used to cover the curing in time, and all traffic shall be interrupted during the curing period. As Wuyi Road is busy, the curing period is 7d. During the curing period, the surface of cold recycled base course is always wet, and special personnel are assigned to take care of it every day to ensure that the recycled layer is not damaged due to improper curing.
