泡沫瀝青就地冷再生技術(shù)特點

泡沫瀝青又叫膨脹瀝青，是將一定的常溫冷水注入熱瀝青，使其發(fā)生膨脹，形成大量的瀝青泡沫，經(jīng)過很短的時間，瀝青泡沫破裂。

目前主要采用膨脹率和半衰期兩個指標(biāo)對瀝青發(fā)泡特性進行評價。膨脹率是指瀝青發(fā)泡膨脹時達到的最大體積與泡沫完全消失時的體積之比，反映泡沫瀝青的黏度大小。半衰期是指泡沫瀝青從最大體積降到最大體積的一半需要的時間，以 s 計，反映泡沫瀝青的穩(wěn)定性。

為了使發(fā)泡瀝青與常溫濕集料拌合充分，膨脹率越大越好，半衰期則越長越好，以便發(fā)泡瀝青與集料有較長時間進行拌和，提高發(fā)泡瀝青混合料的質(zhì)量。評價瀝青發(fā)泡效果時，膨脹率和半衰期是兩個密不可分的指標(biāo)，最好的發(fā)泡效果應(yīng)使兩個值均比較大，而不能單獨采用一個指標(biāo)來控制。建議發(fā)泡瀝青的膨脹率≥10 倍，半衰期≥8s。
