After eliminating electrical faults, check the elastic coupling between the vibration motor and the vibration shaft, as well as the lubricating oil inside the vibration shaft. Excessive lubricating oil can prevent the vibration frequency from rising, usually due to damage to the motor combination oil seal and oil leakage into the shaft.
