就地冷再生是指利用瀝青再生設(shè)備將舊瀝青路面材料就地打碎，并加入適當(dāng)?shù)臑r青及改性材料后拌和壓實(shí)，以舊路面材料為主修筑道路的技術(shù)。而路面冷再生機(jī)是一種高效、環(huán)保的道路施工機(jī)械，主要用于舊瀝青路面的再生作業(yè)，其通過(guò)對(duì)舊瀝青路面銑刨、破碎，然后與水泥、水、乳化瀝青等粘結(jié)劑按一定比例拌和均勻，形成的混合料作為新路面的路基。

When the edge cutter wears to a certain extent, the entire rotor cannot work, and at this time, the main milling cutter is not damaged, causing a great waste of resources.

現(xiàn)有的冷再生轉(zhuǎn)子的邊刀是由中間部分刀具按螺旋線規(guī)律延伸而來(lái)，沒有考慮到邊刀區(qū)域切削工況與中間部分刀具銑削工況的差異，邊刀區(qū)域的切削工況往往比中間部分刀具惡劣，并且兩側(cè)邊刀直接焊接至轉(zhuǎn)子本體上，當(dāng)邊刀磨損失效后，整個(gè)轉(zhuǎn)子只能整體報(bào)廢處理，造成了資源浪費(fèi)。另外，現(xiàn)有的冷再生轉(zhuǎn)子在邊刀區(qū)域布置一把側(cè)面銑削工具，在一定程度上削弱了路槽對(duì)邊刀座的磨損，但這對(duì)邊刀的保護(hù)十分有限，邊刀座磨損依然嚴(yán)重。目前現(xiàn)有技術(shù)僅考慮了轉(zhuǎn)子邊刀的切削功能、轉(zhuǎn)子側(cè)面的防護(hù)效果，無(wú)法解決邊刀磨損過(guò)快的問題。

The edge cutting of the existing cold regeneration rotor is extended from the middle part of the cutting tool according to the spiral pattern, without considering the difference between the cutting conditions in the edge cutting area and the milling conditions of the middle part of the cutting tool. In addition, the existing cold regeneration rotor is equipped with a side milling tool in the edge cutting area, which to some extent weakens the wear of the road groove on the edge cutting seat. However, this protection for the edge cutting is very limited, and the wear of the edge cutting seat is still severe. At present, the existing technology only considers the cutting function of the rotor edge cutter and the protective effect on the rotor side, which cannot solve the problem of rapid wear of the edge cutter.
