道路瀝青冷再生出現(xiàn)裂痕的表現(xiàn)形式有哪些？

一般來(lái)說(shuō)，瀝青冷再生混凝土路面裂縫大體分為兩種類型：一種是荷載型裂縫，即主要由于行車荷載作用下產(chǎn)生的裂縫。在車輛荷載作用下，半剛性基層底部產(chǎn)生拉應(yīng)力，如果拉應(yīng)力大于基層材料的抗拉強(qiáng)度，則基層底部很快開裂，直至影響到瀝青面層；另一種是非荷載型裂縫，以溫度裂縫為主的低溫收縮裂縫和溫度疲勞裂縫；由于施工工藝不當(dāng)或用了不合格材料產(chǎn)生的裂縫。兩種類型的裂縫分別通過(guò)橫向裂縫、縱向裂縫、網(wǎng)裂和反射裂縫等形式表現(xiàn)出來(lái)。

縱向裂縫現(xiàn)象為：裂縫走向基本與行車方向平行，裂縫長(zhǎng)度和寬度不一。一般都發(fā)生在高填方的路基上?？v向裂縫容易形成沿行車方向呈臺(tái)階狀，影響行車舒適性。

網(wǎng)狀裂縫現(xiàn)象為：裂縫縱橫交錯(cuò)，將面層分隔成若干多邊形的小塊，一般縫寬1mm以上，縫距40cm以下。網(wǎng)狀裂縫導(dǎo)致瀝青路面松散或坑槽，嚴(yán)重影響sbs改性瀝青路面的綜合服務(wù)水平。

橫向裂縫現(xiàn)象為：裂縫與路中心線基本垂直，縫寬不一，縫長(zhǎng)有的貫穿整個(gè)路幅，有的貫穿部分路幅，裂縫彎彎曲曲、有枝有叉。橫向裂縫中的唧漿導(dǎo)致裂縫兩側(cè)凹陷，橋頭跳車處的路面橫向裂縫，在路面積水的作用下加速跳車發(fā)展的速度，同時(shí)會(huì)對(duì)路基造成沖刷。

反射裂縫現(xiàn)象為：基層產(chǎn)生裂縫以后，在溫度和行車荷載的作用下，裂縫逐漸反射到瀝青混凝土面層，路面的裂縫形式與基層裂縫形式基本一致。對(duì)于半剛性基層以橫向裂縫居多，對(duì)于柔性路面上加蓋的瀝青結(jié)構(gòu)層，裂縫形式不一，主要取決下承層。
