瀝青混凝土路面冷再生技術(shù)的應(yīng)用

施工準(zhǔn)備工作是保證冷再生技術(shù)順利開展的前提,施工準(zhǔn)備期間需要對道路的信息情況進(jìn)行充分的采集與分析,從而制定出一個(gè)合理的施工方案。主要任務(wù)有以下幾點(diǎn):一是對原路面的使用情況和原路面所處的環(huán)境進(jìn)行調(diào)查,并對相關(guān)的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)。二是對原路面的嚴(yán)重?fù)p害路段進(jìn)行預(yù)處理,結(jié)合路面的實(shí)際情況對中下面層進(jìn)行徹底修復(fù),確?;A(chǔ)的承載力。三是合理調(diào)配人、材、機(jī),在進(jìn)行冷再生技術(shù)前應(yīng)該對建設(shè)施工過程中所需用到的材料和設(shè)備等進(jìn)行檢查,保證其滿足施工的要求。四是進(jìn)行鋪設(shè)試驗(yàn)段,既能測量出各環(huán)節(jié)的施工所需要的溫度以及施工速度等相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),又能對各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)做出檢測,因此鋪設(shè)試驗(yàn)段很有代表性。

(1)清掃路面。在施工準(zhǔn)備工作完成之后一定要徹底打掃路面,清除障礙物,保持路面的整潔,避免路面的雜物給施工的質(zhì)量帶來影響。

(3)冷再生機(jī)銑刨拌合。用冷再生機(jī)將舊路面和基層銑刨、破碎后混合均勻,噴灑裝置按配比要求噴入乳化瀝青,再將各種材料攪拌均勻。銑刨速度根據(jù)舊路結(jié)構(gòu)狀況和混合料的配合比確定,一般為5-8m/min。瀝青混凝土破碎的最大粒徑不大于30cm。在銑刨、破碎過程中及時(shí)檢測,保證混合料級配符合要求。由于碾壓必須在水泥初凝前進(jìn)行。單幅拌合長度應(yīng)控制在200m以內(nèi)。拌和時(shí)由再生機(jī)電腦控制加水量。

(3) Cold regeneration machine milling and mixing.
